The Organization for Educational Change (OEC) is a registered non-profit youth-led volunteer organization that aims to accelerate educational change across the region and make the advent of educational revolution more impactful. The organization has a diversified exceptional volunteer asset that it invests for serving the youth of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. It has currently 6 functional programs related to educational upliftment in the far-flung areas of Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral.

Thousands of students have benefited from these distinctive experiential programs since the inception of OEC in 2009. The organization provides the volunteers an enriching experience for gaining an empathetic and comprehensive view of the broader society that they reside in and to the students the opportunity to make themselves capable enough to recognize and follow their dreams and become responsible and productive members of the society.

The organization aims to create a dynamic movement that will remove the educational inequity in our region and for that it keeps improving its projects and launches ideas that can help make students capable enough to make a place in this highly competitive world.
