The OEC CareeDoor Project was initiated in 2014 to cater the training & placement needs of fresh graduates and young professionals. Through this project OEC, aspires to provide a platform, which not only serves in providing professional training but also bridging the gap between trainees and potential employers. The primary aim of the project is to infuse international standards in human capital through training and development. Once the candidate has successfully completed the training, an endeavor for pursuing placement opportunities is commenced. Moreover, under this venture, OEC also assists young professionals to explore internship prospects in prestigious organizations. For the accomplishment of these aims, OEC has developed strong alliance with several national and international organizations.
