Organization for Educational Change primarily aspire to guide, highlight and inspire the students of Gilgit-Baltistan through its following projects.

For last two and half year of the establishment of OEC we have reached thousand plus students in G-B. Many of the students had impact in their careers and by the grace of God they are in mainstream of Higher Education.
Financially Aiding the deserving and needy students of GB, is one of the core objectives of OEC. This year we are offering scholarships for genuinely needy and meritorious students of Gilgit-Baltistan undergraduate 1st year students through our very recent initiative:
- OEC Scholarship Program
We recieved 70 applications for OEC scholarship program 2012-13. Out of which 9 students have been selected for the interview where the students will be thoroughly judged for financial need, vision, merit, and commitment to Gilgit-Baltistan. The applicants will be further informed individualy about the venue and timing of the interview via mail and on their cellphone numbers. Following candidates have been selected for interview.

Interview will be conducted on 18 and 19 March 2012
Applicants are required to bring the following documents:
- Original mark-sheet of F.Sc and Matric
- First semester transcript
- Original CNIC of applicants or any guardian
- Fee slip from the prospectus of respective university
*Based on interview, final candidates will be selected as OEC Scholars for Year 2012
