Organization for Educational Change primarily aspire to guide, highlight and inspire the students of Gilgit-Baltistan through its following projects.

For last two and half year of the establishment of OEC, we have reached thousand plus students in G-B. Many of the students had impact in their careers and by the grace of God they are in mainstream of higher education.
Financially Aiding the deserving and needy students of GB, is one of the core objectives of OEC. This year we are offering scholarships for genuinely needy and meritorious students of Gilgit-Baltistan undergraduate 1st year students through our very recent initiative:

We recieved 70 applications for OEC scholarship program 2012-13. Out of which 9 students were selected for the interview where the students were thoroughly judged for financial need, vision, merit, and commitment to Gilgit-Baltistan. Out of nine short-listed applicants, following candidates have been selected as OEC Scholars for year 2012-13.
