Organization for Educational Change is pleased to announce OEC Discover Gilgit-Baltistan Photography Competition 2014. If you are between the ages of 18-30 and bear a valid CNIC from any district in Gilgit-Baltistan, you can participate in the competition. Each participant can submit maximum 1 photo in each category.

Category 1: Education in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Category 2: G-B Through my Lens.

Procedure:

1. Email your photo (without watermarks) at dgb@oec.org.pk.
2. Your submitted photo will be posted on our Facebook page.
3. Top 10 photos with maximum likes in each category will be judged by a team of professional photographers.
4. Top 5 entries in each category will be published in The Educure (3rd Edition).
