February 2 – OEC at Gilgit:

 OEC representatives took part in the opening ceremony of the Orphan Care Support project of CEENA Health & Welfare Services, supported by NRSP & USAID Small Grants & Ambassador’s Fund Program on Thursday. 110 children will benefit from this project while two new training centers have also been opened which will provide Early Childhood Development training to 10 teachers and Tailoring Training to 50 young girls. Advocacy and awareness sessions will also be held all over GB to sensitize people on children’s rights. OEC & CEENA teams also discussed plans for future collaboration.
